Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for digital content if the Provider has begun to execute the contract after the User has expressly consented and simultaneously confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal.
For visualizations already performed (pay-per-use), withdrawal after delivery of the result is excluded, provided the User has consented to early commencement.
