Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 2026
Lennart Rabe Einzelunternehmen is committed to making the website pv-visiongen.de and the associated SaaS service PV VisionGen accessible in accordance with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and the corresponding EU directive (European Accessibility Act).
This accessibility statement documents the current status and planned measures to improve the accessibility of our digital offering.
Scope
This statement applies to the publicly accessible website at pv-visiongen.de, including all subpages (homepage, demo, pricing, legal notice, privacy policy, terms of service, withdrawal, login) as well as the authenticated application area (PV visualization app).
Target Standard
We aim for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA as our accessibility target for our website and service.
The WCAG 2.1 AA criteria include requirements in the areas of perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness of digital content.
Current Accessibility Status
A complete review of WCAG 2.1 AA conformity has not yet been conducted. We are therefore unable to make a statement regarding full conformity.
Known limitations:
- Keyboard navigation may not be fully functional on all pages and interactive elements.
- ARIA labels and roles have not yet been consistently implemented.
- Color contrasts have not yet been systematically checked for WCAG conformity.
- AI-generated visualizations (core product) may not include sufficient alternative text.
- Compatibility with screen readers has not yet been comprehensively tested.
- The image upload area may not be fully operable via keyboard or screen reader.
Planned Measures
We plan the following measures to improve accessibility:
- Systematic review and improvement of keyboard navigation on all pages and interactive elements.
- Addition of missing ARIA labels and semantic HTML markup.
- Systematic review and adjustment of color contrasts according to WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text).
- Implementation of meaningful alternative texts for all images, including AI-generated visualizations.
- Testing with common screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and resolution of identified issues.
- Regular automated accessibility testing using tools such as axe or Lighthouse.
- Training and awareness when developing new features.
